I had fun with this one.

Lips and pin are by JE McCmanus,egg is by HGD(recoloured),flower fairy is from tangie baxter,lady sat on egg is by kubivet,steps by holliewood studios and the moon is by lily designs.I can't remember where the background and eiffel tower came from.
